1 Corinthians 16:13

Our Mission

We do not gather to escape the world. We prepare to step into it.

Iron & Faith exists to forge disciplined, Christ-centered men who stand firm in faith, protect and strengthen their families, serve their local communities, and lead with courage, conviction, and brotherhood.

What We Are

This Is Not aTypical Men's Group.

Iron & Faith is not a Bible study, an apparel brand, a workout group, or a social club. It is a movement of men being strengthened in Christ so they can strengthen their families, their churches, and their communities.

The difference is action. Men don't just gather here. They train, study, serve, lead, and show up where they're needed.

1 Corinthians 16:13

“Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.”

The Symbol

The Bison. The Storm.The Cross.

Most animals turn and run when the storm comes.

The bison turns toward it.

It lowers its head, faces the wind, and moves directly through — refusing to waste its strength running from what must be faced.

That is the standard of Iron & Faith.

The storm represents every trial that tests a man: hardship, temptation, spiritual warfare, a broken culture, a family under pressure, or a neighbor who needs help when it is inconvenient and costly.

Men of faith do not retreat from what God has called them to confront. We stand firm. We move forward. We face the storm together — under the authority of Jesus Christ, strengthened through brotherhood, and ready to serve those who need us.

The cross branded into the bison's shoulder is not decoration.

It is a mark of ownership.

It declares that this man belongs to Christ — his strength surrendered, his purpose established, and his life called to something greater than himself.

  • Marked by Christ.
  • Forged through the storm.
  • Called to stand firm.

Stand Firm. Face the Storm.

What We Stand For

Everything starts here. We follow Jesus Christ as Lord — not as a label, but as the authority that orders a man's priorities, his family, and his work. Faith is the foundation the rest is built on.

Strength with purpose. We reject both passivity and pride and pursue the manhood Scripture describes: courageous, disciplined, protective, and accountable to God.

Mind, body, and spirit trained together. We show up for the workout and the Word, because a man who disciplines himself is ready when his family and community need him.

No man stands alone. We sharpen one another, tell each other the truth, and carry the weight together — iron sharpening iron.

We're all still being formed. We grow through Scripture, prayer, and obedience — and we help the next man do the same.

Men who lead at home first. We honor our wives, raise our children with intention, and build households that stand firm through any storm.

Faith that shows up. We give our time, strength, and resources to neighbors, families, and communities — especially when it's inconvenient and costly.

Present where we live. We take responsibility in our churches, our neighborhoods, and our cities — showing up, serving, and leading with integrity.

Wear the Standard. Fund the Mission.

The ApparelFunds the Mission.

The apparel isn't merchandise. It's how a man wears the standard and helps pay for the work: local service projects, community aid, discipleship, and outreach.

The apparel funds the mission. The brotherhood builds the men. The men strengthen the community.
